I work as an Obstetrics an Gynaecology Sonographer, and HypnoBirthing™ antenatal teacher. I am based in Reigate Surrey, and I work in the field of HypnoBirthing and Hypnotherapy on a part-time basis.
Having had one traumatic birth without any tools to help in pregnancy and labour, on my second birth I then went on to have an amazing water HypnoBirthing™ at home. I am absolutely passionate about a woman’s amazing ability to perform the miracle of birth. My second birth was one of my proudest joyful achievements, it was so inspiring. I was so moved by second birth that in 2008, I set up Inspiring Births.
I now combine my medical knowledge with my comprehensive hypnotherapy and psychotherapy training. Using these to assist you in achieving a calmer birthing experience through the Hypnobirthing™ philosophy of childbirth. The uplifting feeling from my job is priceless. I offer a personalised approach and offer free monthly coffee mornings and free monthly refresher sessions. I also offer on-going support if needed, via email or phone till your birthing day & beyond.
